Warehouse robot fleet monitor

Live status, battery and position for 30 autonomous mobile robots. Robots report through AWS IoT Core; a Spring Boot service tracks state with Device Shadows and an Angular map shows the fleet in real time.

Device provisioning service

Zero-touch onboarding for new devices using AWS IoT Fleet Provisioning, with a Java service that validates serial numbers, issues certificates and records each device in PostgreSQL.

Robot arm remote control

Browser control panel for a 4-axis robot arm. Commands go over MQTT through AWS IoT Core with acknowledgements, and a safety stop works even when the web app disconnects.
